Special phase for Space to Create
Starting in April 2026, we'll be opening the doors to our renovated Platform: an impressive expansion with nearly 1400 m² of additional space for events, hospitality, meeting rooms, and training sessions. This represents an increase from 18 to over 30 meeting rooms at Stationsplein. We recently began renovations, making Space to Create one of the largest meeting and training centers near Utrecht Central Station – with a total of nearly 3000 m² and approximately 30 rooms.
Grand Café and south-facing terrace
A highlight is the event hall for 250 people and a Grand Café with a sunny, south-facing terrace of 400 m², all just 100 meters from the entrance to Utrecht Central Station. On December 1st, we will receive the keys from Nationale Nederlanden, the owner, and we will begin the renovation and furnishing.
With this expansion, we're realizing some of our biggest dreams. We're creating a community and event venue focused on tech and sustainability, complete with a lecture hall that can be used as a TV studio. This unique hotspot boasts a spectacular, high-ceilinged hall with seating for 250 guests.
The highlights:
- More space for our permanent and flexible tenants and flexible workspaces. We're creating additional spaces for office rentals.
- A visible location for our guests just 100 meters from the Utrecht CS exit
- The old center of Utrecht and the shopping center of Hoog Catharijne are a few hundred meters away
- An event/studio lecture hall for 250 people
- A Grand Café with its own catering kitchen and a south-facing terrace
- 'More than a meeting' The meeting and networking are just as important as the training or meeting
