Cancellation conditions
You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks before the start date. After that, there is a percentage of cancellation costs that will be charged over the total amount of the reservation:
- Between 14 and 7 days before the start date: 50% cancellation fee
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before the start date: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 48 hours before the start date:
- In case of a definitive cancellation: 100% cancellation costs
- In the event of a relocation: you can change the date of the booking free of charge once. The new date must be confirmed immediately (note: the booking cannot be canceled after this)
