Our event spaces

At our event location in the middle of the Netherlands, we have two large event spaces of more than 120m2. These are adjacent to a public space and our bar for a break-out or pause. Around this we have various spaces that you can book and use as a sub-room. Are you organizing a large event such as an information market? Then you can reserve an entire wing.

Subrooms

In addition to the special event spaces, we also offer eleven characteristic subspaces at our event location in Central Netherlands. They are extremely suitable for break-out sessions or to use as separate spaces, depending on your wishes.

How many people can I organize an event for?

Plenary for up to 120 people. If you book the entire wing and divide your guests into different rooms, there could be many more!

Can you help with the organization and technical support?

Sure! Contact us for the possibilities and we will make it a success together.

Can I use the space earlier than the booked time to prepare and set up?

If there is no other booking in the previous day, this is usually possible. Please discuss with us to see what is possible. In any case, you can inform us of matters such as the setup in advance, and we will ensure that it is completely ready at the start. Do you have any other wishes? Please let us know!

Can I organize a hybrid event?

Absolute! We have all the necessary equipment in-house to make your hybrid event a success.

What about catering during an event?

There are many possibilities. We are happy to discuss your wishes and ensure that everything is arranged perfectly.

Can you help with the promotion of our public event?

Of course! We can place flyers on location, put your event on our website and social media, and include it in our newsletter.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have an elevator and all areas on our floor are on one level. There is also a disabled toilet.

What about accessibility and parking?

Our event location Midden-Nederland at the Stationsplein is very easy to reach by train, on foot or by bike. There are also several parking garages nearby. Check our route page for more information.

Do you have studio equipment available?

We have various professional studio equipment, ideal for organizing a live podcast with table discussions during your event, for example. Do you have something specific on your wish list that we don't have yet? Don't worry, we can (almost always) arrange it for you!

Can you help if we want to film our event or have professional photos taken?

We have several camera and video specialists in our network who can help you with this. Let us know what your wishes are and we will connect you to the right person or take care of the organization for you.

What are the cancellation policies for an event?

Bookings for less than 50 people
You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks before the start date. If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before the start date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation value. If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start date, the cancellation fee is 75%. If you cancel within 2 working days before the start date, 100% of the original amount will be charged.

Bookings for more than 50 people
You can cancel free of charge up to three weeks before the start date. If you cancel between 21 and 14 days before the start date, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total reservation value. If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before the start date, the cancellation costs are 75%. If you cancel within 7 working days before the start date, 100% of the original amount will be charged.
