This inspiration factory is the perfect opportunity to prepare yourself for the world of tomorrow. After all, the world is constantly changing and as an individual or organization you must be able to anticipate this. But how do you deal with these changes? By stepping out of your comfort zone and investing in change management.

Creativity is an important factor in this, because rational means are based on what is already known and not on the changes that are yet to come. To be truly innovative, you have to think outside the box and use your whole brain (IQ and EQ).
We talk about change management, but managing change is actually not possible at all; it's about how you approach that change yourself and how you deal with it. This requires insights, working methods and a renewed mindset.
During the Inspiration Factory of Competence Factory you follow various workshops given by real experts. On the evening itself you can choose which topics you would like to join. It promises not only to be an educational, but above all fun program. Of course we close the evening with a drink, where you can talk quietly and exchange ideas.
