“Where do you get your happiness at work?”

Organized by Sound & Solid

About the event

Define Your Happiness is the online event about hybrid work.

The lockdown has been extended again and hybrid work is becoming the new normal. We don't go back to the time when we work in the office every day. We literally bring the work home. This comes with consequences.

We miss informal, social contact with colleagues at the coffee machine. As a team we no longer see each other face to face.
Collaboration has only become more challenging. Work-life balance has never been so tested.
You share the workspace with your partner and sometimes even your children. You get distracted and even irritated.

  • How do you stay comfortable in this changing, unpredictable world, now that we know that everything is not going back to that old normal
  • How do you create and increase happiness at work for yourself and for others?
  • How do you ensure a good work-life balance, now that you literally have to do your work from home, so that you and your colleagues do not fall over?
  • How do you deal with the lack of social contacts, so that you stay connected with your colleagues and that the team spirit does not disappear?
  • How do you create physical experiences and connection during online meetings, now that everyone is working from home?
