We have two large event spaces of more than 120m2. These are adjacent to a public space and our bar for a break-out or break. We have various rooms around this that you can book and use as a sub-room. Are you organizing a large event such as an information market? Then you can reserve an entire wing.

There are many possibilities. We are happy to discuss your wishes and ensure that everything is arranged perfectly.
Of course! We can place flyers on location, put your event on our website and social media, and include it in our newsletter.
Yes, we have an elevator and all areas on our floor are on one level. There is also a disabled toilet.
Our location on Stationsplein is very easy to reach by train, on foot or by bicycle. There are also several parking garages nearby. Check our route page for more information.
We have various professional studio equipment, ideal for organizing a live podcast with table discussions during your event, for example. Do you have something specific on your wish list that we don't have yet? Don't worry, we can (almost always) arrange it for you!
We have several camera and video specialists in our network who can help you with this. Let us know what your wishes are and we will connect you to the right person or take care of the organization for you.
Bookings for less than 50 people You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks before the start date. If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before the start date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation value. If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start date, the cancellation fee is 75%. If you cancel within 2 working days before the start date, 100% of the original amount will be charged. Bookings for more than 50 people You can cancel free of charge up to three weeks before the start date. If you cancel between 21 and 14 days before the start date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation value. If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before the start date, the cancellation fee is 75%. If you cancel within 7 working days before the start date, 100% of the original amount will be charged.
Feel free to decorate the spaces however you like. We only ask that you use the painter's tape that is available in all rooms.
Yes that is allowed! After 17:00 PM you can also use our cozy public areas.
Yes, we have event spaces that are ideal for drinks with music and lights. You can upgrade to include a cocktail bar and DJ, and in warm weather you can also use the roof terrace.

Most central location in the country

You can find us at Stationsplein 90, directly opposite Utrecht Central Station. So you can step inside from the train. In addition to public transport, you will find various parking spaces and bicycle sheds nearby. We also have a shower, so a cycling or running session is also encouraged for the Utrecht locals!
