Are we entering into a long-term partnership? We will then work with you to estimate the average number of bookings per year. We determine the rate based on this: this way you never pay too much. If the number of bookings after a year deviates significantly from what we expected, we will look at the figures for the past 12 months together and adjust the rate if necessary. ORGANIZE A SUMMER SCHOOL

For students who want to continue learning in the summer, such as students who have not completed their studies, who want to quickly acquire a new skill in a gap year or those who are retraining, an intensive boot camp of 2 to 4 weeks offers a golden opportunity. This is the way to appeal to a new target group. The more you book, the more discount you get on the space! (Valid for bookings between July 6 – September 1)

Is there a possibility to get a discount for multiple bookings?

Do you regularly plan multiple training days with us? Then you may be eligible for a partner rate. Contact us for the possibilities.

Do you have computers for my students?

We have various iMacs available that you can book. We ensure that these are ready for your students in the room on the training day.

Can I store and use promotional material with you?

Yes, you can store your own banners, notebooks, pens, etc. with us and we will have them ready for you in the room on the day of the training.

Can I organize something special for my students after a training?

Of course! We can organize drinks, tastings, dinners and much more for you. Check out our food & drinks page for all options, and please feel free to contact us to discuss a festive conclusion to the training.

Can the room be locked?

Yes, you can lock the room yourself if you leave for a while. Walk past one of our colleagues to open the space for you again.

Do you receive the students at the start?

Of course! Our colleagues are ready to welcome your students at the start, give a brief explanation about the location and guide them to the right room.

How flexible is the layout of the space?

(Almost) all rooms are equipped with flexible tables that are easy to move, so you can easily arrange the layout the way you want. Let us know in advance and we will ensure that the room is furnished exactly to your wishes on the training day. This way you no longer have to worry about that and no more shifting on the day itself!

Can I get technical support?

Yes, our team is ready to help you with the technology. For example, consider connecting the laptop to the large screen and the technology during hybrid training.

What about accessibility and parking?

Our location on Stationsplein is very easy to reach by train, on foot or by bicycle. There are also several parking garages nearby. Check our route page for more information.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have an elevator and all areas on our floor are on one level. There is also a disabled toilet.

Are the facilities comfortable enough for a long day of learning?

Yes, we have comfortable, fully adjustable chairs, climate control, and in some areas even sit-stand tables. In addition, there are plenty of places to retreat for a while. Or take a walk in the Moreelsepark around the corner, so that you and your students can start fresh again after a short break.

How does it work with planning multiple training series?

We make it as easy as possible for you: fill in our special format for this and we can import the entire series for you.
