Your day starts at 8.30 am, then what?
Your day starts with a joint consultation with the team (while enjoying a good cup of coffee, of course). We do the walk-in together – we think it is important that our guests, tenants and flex workers feel completely at home, so we are all personally involved. When our guests have fully started up, you will start answering emails, preparing quotations and answering the phone. Of course you cannot do all this alone. As an Allround Operations Intern you will work directly with our hospitality and operations team. We do a lot together and support each other where necessary. You will quickly feel at home!
After a nice team lunch you help with sales. For example, you analyze various leads, optimize the online visibility of Space to Create at portals and call potential customers. Later in the day you will get to work on some marketing related matters. You provide input during a creative brainstorm and write a converting blog about useful meeting tools. You can also create Instagram Stories of the bustling activity on location.
As an Allround Operations Intern you will get started with
- Answering telephone and e-mail in a friendly and efficient manner;
- Follow-up of leads;
- Operational support with the aim of further developing our sales;
- Improving our service so that it continues to meet the needs of our guests;
- At events and meetings, you ensure that everything is arranged to optimally facilitate the customer;
- Designing various expressions at the location, such as menus;
- Operational support of hospitality activities.
