At Space to Create we offer full-serviced workplaces, meeting spaces and offices. With our dedicated team, we have been creating a high-quality, energetic and cozy environment since 2017 where our guests and partners can achieve their success. We are a warm, creative club with great ambitions. And for that growth we need you! 

Your shift starts at 15.30:XNUMX p.m., then what?

Your shift usually starts at 15.30 pm with a nice sitdown with the team. What must be done today? Do we have events planned? Other details? After the small briefing you know exactly what needs to be done. You put the beers cold and arrange snacks & drinks – one of our groups has booked a drink. As a host/hostess, you greet everyone with genuine attention and positive energy. The guests feel completely at home and you ensure that nobody is missing anything. When the entire group has been served a drink, you can start preparing our creative spaces. Is everything neat and in the correct arrangement? Are the correct menu cards on the table? Are all requested materials present? You dot the i for happy customers.

The drink is now over and the group walks out the door happy and satisfied. You fire up the dishwasher, set up your own playlist and make sure that our kitchen and public space are tidy again. Later in the evening you check all our facilities. You supplement our coffee and tea, snacks and cooled drinks and you check whether the right products are available. You also ensure that our Business Center is tidy again for the flex workers and tenants who queue in the morning. Then you go through the checklist one more time before closing the door behind you. All set for tomorrow, we are happy with you!

The job in a nutshell – you:

  • Prepare our creative spaces for gatherings such as creative meetings, events & training;
  • Host cozy drinks and events with tasty snacks & drinks;
  • Are the first point of contact for our guests;
  • Supplements coffee, tea, snacks & cooled drinks to optimally facilitate the customer.

Our dream colleague:

  • Usually works from 15.30 pm to 20.00 pm, but is flexible (think of shifts for evening and weekend bookings, for example);
  • Is driven, enthusiastic and motivated to learn;
  • Thinks solution-oriented and has a proactive attitude;
  • Has a social character and a good dose of positive energy;
  • Has good communication skills (also in English);
  • Has an eye for detail and is critical of quality;
  • It is also a bit quirky!
