Jij bent gastheer/gastvrouw, verbinder en luisterend oor. Met oprechte aandacht en positieve energie begroet jij iedereen. Onze gasten en huurders voelen zich helemaal thuis en jij zorgt ervoor dat het niemand aan iets ontbreekt. Doorgaans werk je van 11.00 to 19.30 uur. Een groot gedeelte van de dag ligt de focus van jouw werkzaamheden op het gebied van hospitality. Je zorgt ervoor dat ons meetingcenter er altijd tip top uit ziet. Daarnaast zal jij je bezighouden met het verwerken van de binnenkomende reserveringen.
This is what you will do, among other things:
- Greeting our guests with a big smile and a good cup of coffee
- Ensuring a clean meeting center
- Placing orders
- Friendly and efficient answering phone and email
- Planning the reservations
- Maintaining contacts with our (regular) customers
- Efficiently handle reservations from A to Z
- Setting up and maintaining our creative spaces (for various meetings, events and training)
- You ensure a good transfer to your colleagues who will take over from you in the evening
Our ideal colleague has:
- Hospitality is in your DNA
- Work experience in the hospitality, business or flex office world
- Ad hoc action
- MBO or HBO work/thinking level obtained through training and/or experience
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Flexible deployability
It is also important that you:
- Are available at least 40 hours per week
- Contains an enthusiastic dose of positive energy
- You are socially oriented with a naturally hospitable attitude
