As a Hospitality & Facility Intern you act as a 'host/hostess' at the location and you ensure that all meetings, gatherings and events are arranged down to the last detail. You are responsible for processing bookings, arranging lunches and drinks and maintaining our public areas & spaces. You greet everyone with sincere attention and positive energy. Our guests, tenants and flex workers feel completely at home and you ensure that no one lacks anything.
During your internship you will be involved in the following tasks:
- With your proactive attitude you ensure a warm welcome from our customers and guests and you ensure that they lack nothing;
- You are the first point of contact for our guests; not only by e-mail, but also by telephone and face-to-face;
- You have daily coordination with our team;
- You contribute ideas to solutions and improvements to our service and ensure that it continues to meet the needs of our guests;
- At events and meetings, you ensure that everything is arranged to optimally facilitate the customer;
- To be able to perform the above tasks, you have a command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.

- You have good communication skills and you write flawlessly in the Netherlands
- You have no problem with (verbal) communication in English
