At Space to Create, we offer full-service workspaces, meeting spaces, and offices in the heart of Utrecht. About the job
Do you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy a professional, service-oriented role?
You're the primary point of contact for our guests and tenants, offering genuine attention and understanding their needs to make their day a success. You'll ensure our meeting center always looks its best, welcome guests with a smile, and handle reservations meticulously. Your commercial acumen will ensure reservations are processed efficiently and seamlessly. You'll work from 08:30 AM to 17:00 PM and enjoy a varied role.
- Receive customers with professional hospitality and guide them
- Schedule, manage and follow up reservations
- Ensuring that the booking is arranged from A to Z, from breakfast and lunch to drinks
- Respond to phone calls and emails with enthusiasm and punctuality
- Maintaining contact with our regular customers
- Ensuring a smooth handover to evening colleagues
Our ideal colleague has:
- Experience in hospitality, events, or a flexible service environment. Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Experience with reservations is a plus;
- Has commercial insight and knows how to retain customers;
- Has MBO or HBO level, through education or experience;
- Can switch ad-hoc without losing composure;
- Has a good command of Dutch and English;
- Is flexible.
