Dynamic environment at a growing company

As a Financial Employee at Space to Create, you are the hero who keeps our administration in order. Together with the small but great team (Manager Operations and Controller) you ensure that the financial processes run smoothly. Your tasks include checking and booking invoices, managing debtors and creditors and processing bank transactions. But you are not only concerned with the numbers, but you also actively look for ways to optimize the processes. It is your job to steer the monthly closing in the right direction and to identify and report possible bottlenecks. At Space to Create you get the chance to develop yourself and grow within the company, where we are always open to your brilliant ideas and suggestions to make the administration even more fun and efficient!

As a Financial Assistant you will get started with:

• Checking entry of purchase and sales invoices;
• Processing bank transactions and debits;
• Managing debtors and creditors;
• Support with the turnover tax return and year-end closing.

Our dream colleague:

• Can work with Exact Online;
• Has completed a course in the direction of business administration, or something similar (at least MBO Level);
• Is analytically strong and works solution-oriented;
• Has at least two years of relevant work experience;
• Is enterprising and can work well together;
• Has good skills in the Dutch language.

The Space to Create team is small, but great! Together with our permanent employees and trainees, we enthusiastically dedicate ourselves every day to offering our customers the best service. In our dynamic environment it can sometimes be hard work, but together we put our shoulders to the wheel and we know how to get things done. Moreover, we know better than anyone how important it is to celebrate successes and enjoy fun together. We always end the week with a well-deserved Friday afternoon drink.
