Our location in the Netherlands and how to get there

You can find us at Stationsplein 90, next to Utrecht Central. So you can step inside from the train. In addition to public transport, you will find various parking spaces and bicycle sheds nearby. We also have a shower, so that early bike ride or run is encouraged too!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our half days have standard rates. If your meeting overlaps multiple half days, all half days will be invoiced. Example: if you book a room from 11:00 to 15:00, you will pay for two half days.

Absolutely! All of our spaces feature a large presentation screen that’s perfect for presentations, videos, and interactive sessions. You can easily connect via Apple TV or use an HDMI cable to plug in directly. Need extra help with setup? Our team is always here to help, so your meeting runs smoothly.

Yes, every room is equipped with a flipchart as standard. In addition, every room has a whiteboard wall and a handy 'first aid kit' with markers, post-its and other tools you need to capture ideas and make your session run optimally.

Don't worry! You can easily connect wirelessly via Apple TV. In addition, we have various coupling pieces available that you can borrow for a direct connection.

Yes, you can! We have several options for hybrid meeting equipment, so you can easily engage online participants. Let us know in advance what you need, and we will make sure everything is ready and someone will help you get started.

Up to x number of persons (depending on the space) all facilities, such as coffee, tea, snacks and fruit, are included in a fixed price. For each additional person there is a surcharge of €12,50 per half day. After arrival you can freely use all facilities.
